As the running hours of the vehicle increase, the vehicle parts will run in the life span through wear and tear. Some of the parts will damage through the excessive usage and sometimes through rough use and accidental damages. In all these situations the vehicle will face Electrical & Mechanical problems. Most of these Electrical & Mechanical problems can be solved through replacing parts and sometimes repairing them.

Some of these Electrical problems are given below that can be rectified. Starting trouble is a common problem that facing in the new generation cars, which is due to the various sensor malfunctions. One another problem is vehicle not accelerating as required.

Engine over heating is an other issue that may be related to electrical complaints.  All these problems are related to the electronics components working with the mechanical components.

Everybody think that ECM (Electronic control Module) or ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or PCM (Power-train control module)  is the main cause for all the complaints. But it not necessary that ECM got a complaint always.  ECM is an expensive Part of a car. So think twice before replacing an ECM.  As said all the new generation cars got electronic and electrical components incorporated with mechanical parts, such as ABS - Anti Lock Breaking System, EPS - Electric Power Steering, EPMS - Electronic Parking Brake System, TPMS - Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPS – Throttle position sensor, Crank shaft and Cam shaft position sensor, SPTS, Steering position & torque sensor, Wired accelerating system, Map sensor, Maf sensor, Oxygen sensor, Electrical throttle controls, Transponder car key, Immobilizer, ECM controlled fuel injectors and there are various types of actuators too. The list is endless.

We use special tool SCANNING TOOL to identify the electronics of the entire system through reading DTC's and rectify the problems.

Hi, I am Prasad V Chandrasekhar.

A little about myself. 

I am an ex-gulf, 50+, person with 35 years of experience in automobile repairing. Having worked in an American company, I got trained and gained experience in almost all modern and new generation vehicles (LMV, HMV) and heavy machinery (Construction vehicles). This will aid me to analyze your vehicles problem and find a solution for you. 

Most of today’s Car repair and service workshops have inexperienced labor or do not give you as the owner of the vehicle any liberty to find out what is being done to your vehicle, if at all anything is being done.

Not only do I work in front of you, I do not take up anything that I am not sure that I can finish. A lot of vehicles today require specific tools or equipments. These are only available with OEM Manufacturers or service workshops. These are not available for the common man to buy. 

With my experience in this field, almost all the electrical and electronic parts can be repaired. About 80% parts can be repaired. Only 20% will have to be replaced. Parts are costly. So my idea is to repair the car at the lowest cost possible.

 After my education I got in to the Automobile Electrical technical field in 1971 with an Auto Electrical shop in Pathanamthitta. In 1977 December I was selected by an American company for Saudi Arabia, Riyadh as an Auto Electrician and I worked there till 1983. From that company I am promoted as the service center Manager and got good training in Auto Electrical, Mechanical and Automobile Air Conditioning ( A/C ) systems and usage of latest tools and equipments. 

  I resigned the job and started my own Auto Electrical and A/C workshop in 1985 till 2009. After my return from Saudi Arabia I worked in Bangalore as Fleet Maintenance Manager till 2011. Then I came back to my native place Pathanamthitta. Here I worked as a freelance technician for all kind of Multi brand new generation cars. I can handle all kind of Auto Electrical & Electronic appliances and Air Conditioner (A/C) complaints which is coming in the new generation cars and repair almost everything. I enjoy repairing automobiles.

All other technical staff in this firm are either an Automobile Diploma holder or an Automobile Engineering Degree holder. We believe that without basic fundamental knowledge, nothing can be done with complete and 100% quality.
